In the spring of 2001 Steve Niezer and his family opened Evolution Photographics. It is the family's second venture into owning and operating a photofinishing business. Steve and his wife Sandy operated Medalist Photo during the 70's in Fort Wayne IN.
Steve then worked in sales and marketing serving professional color labs around the country for 35 years . As the digital revolution began we saw the face of photography changing in new and exciting ways the industrry hadn't experienced in decades.
Evolution was opened to simply be part of this great period in photography's history.
